A dedicated and passionate yoga instructor with 7 years of experience. Classes I teach are diverse and promote holistic wellness through many forms of yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative). I hold space for individuals to build a mind-body connection while fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Coming from an athletic running background; mobility, strength, alignment, and restoration are key components to any class I teach. Breathwork, attunement, and mindful awareness practices are somatic tools I offer in class to bridge the body-mind connection.
